Our Story

There was no boardroom and no master plan — just a handful of folks who loved the same things: the smell of pluff mud at sunrise, the long way home down a dirt road, and the easy company of people who know how to slow down. We kept wishing for a tee that felt like all of that. Something soft enough to live in, with a graphic that nodded to the marsh, the course, and the coast we grew up on.

So we made it ourselves. The first run was a few dozen shirts, printed close to home and handed out to friends. They wore them fishing, wore them to the turn, wore them to oyster roasts that ran long past dark. Before we knew it, strangers were asking where they could get one. That was the whole sign we needed.

Buck Wild is for the people who treat a Saturday like it matters. The ones who chase a tee time and a tide chart in the same breath, who keep a cooler packed just in case, and who'd rather watch the sun go down with friends than do just about anything else. We're not in the business of selling you on a lifestyle you don't already love. We just make the shirts you want to be wearing while you live it.

Every graphic we draw comes from somewhere real — a stretch of the Intracoastal, a par 5 with water you can't see over, a coastal town that feels like home even if you've only passed through. It's the Lowcountry, bottled up and printed on cotton soft enough to nap in.

Every Buck Wild tee is garment-dyed for that broken-in softness from the very first wear — the kind of feel most shirts take a summer of washes to earn. We use heavyweight cotton that holds its shape, prints that won't crack on you, and a relaxed cut made for porches and boat decks, not boardrooms.

We make them in small, careful runs and we'd rather get it right than get it fast. If it isn't something we'd reach for ourselves on a Sunday, it doesn't get our name on it. Simple as that.
